Please Note: When purchasing subscriptions ONLINE, you can only purchase the same number of seats per concert and the ticketing system will assign BEST SEATS available. If you wish to purchase a different number of seats for different concerts in your subscription OR you wish to choose your seats, please contact the Box Office for assistance.
POLICIES
Exchanges/Refunds
There are no exchanges for single–concert purchases. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds.
Order Charges
Even though it is a new building, the Shalin Liu Performance Center is not exempt from the wear and tear that all venues experience. As part of our ongoing efforts to protect this community asset for generations to come, a Facility Preservation Fee of $2.50 per ticket ($1 for tickets under $20) will be applied to all orders starting
January 28, 2013. Rockport Music also has a Handling Fee of $7 per order ($5 for print-at-home tickets). These charges are much less than most other area arts organizations and we make every effort to keep them as low as possible while maintaining quality customer service through our Box Office.
Sold Out Concerts
Tickets for sold out concerts often become available at the last minute. Follow the Box Office on Twitter or check our home page often for the latest ticket availability. Click here to follow us on Twitter.
Late Seating
Latecomers will be seated between musical selections or during an appropriate break in the performance, pending artist preference and audience comfort.
DISCOUNTS
Ticket prices vary per concert. All prices can be found on the specific concert or event page. Discounts cannot
be combined with subscriptions or any other offer. Guest Presenter events are not included. We regret that discounted tickets cannot be purchased online without a promotional code.

Group discounts apply to concerts and HD broadcasts from London’s National Theatre. Group discounts are not available for Metropolitan Opera HD broadcasts or films.
SENIORS
Seniors age 65 and older receive 5% off the adult rate, available in any tier. Senior prices are not available for Metropolitan Opera HD broadcasts or films.
STUDENTS
Students 19 to 26 receive $12 tickets to all concerts, available in Tier 3 seating only. Student prices are not available for all HD broadcasts. Student ID required.
Youth 18 and Under
Up to ten complimentary tickets per event are available for children 18 years old and under in any price tier, subject to availability.
WGBH MEMBERS
WGBH members receive 10% off the full-ticket price for all Rockport Music concerts and HD broadcasts from the Metropolitan Opera and London’s National Theatre. Members do not receive discounts off films and subscription packages. WGBH member number required. Unique WGBH promotional code required for online purchases (please submit code BEFORE making seat selection).
GIFT CERTIFICATES
